Just in time for the Bay of Fundy Seafood Festival, June 6-16 Bar Caviar! will launch along with expanded restaurant hours and an all new a’la carte menu.Bar Caviar! located in the Kingsbrae Arms Club Room will feature Breviro caviar harvested from sustainably raised sturgeon in New Brunswick.Our Caviar Indulgence will be one of the main features. This dish includes three items:

  • Caviar Parmentier, Chef Guillaume Delauné’s sublime caviar version of a re-stuffed potato
  • Œuf au Caviar en Coquille, eggs gently seasoned, scrambled & served in an eggshell topped with caviar
  • And a velvety slice of Chef’s home smoked sturgeon with vodka cream

Also on the menu: Dark beer blinis the size of breakfast pancakes topped with smoked sturgeon, delicate microgreens, Meyer lemon cream & a generous dollop of caviar. Russians take note.

Bar Caviar! will offer tasting flights for vodka aficionados. Selections include potato based Polish Luksusowa, grain distilled Swedish Absolut Citron, Canadian Iceberg made with clear glacial waters off the coast of Newfoundland & many more. And of course, there will always be plenty of champagne on hand.
