
Dining
Our restaurant serves dinner from 7:00pm to 8:30pm nightly. Each evening, Chef prepares classic variations of seafood and game, local whole foods, and produce from his organic garden to celebrate the seasons. When confirming a reservation, we ask our guests to advise us of food allergies. For private affairs, our Club Room is available for up to 16 guests, and our main dining room for up to 30.
Classic cuisine dinners and full breakfasts are included in our Meal Plan.
Picnic lunches, afternoon teas, cheese plates and other food services are available at an additional charge.
Arrival and Departure
Check-in from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. (AST)
Check-out by 11:00 a.m.
Early arrivals are difficult for us as staff may be running errands in town. If you do arrive before check-in time, we suggest you lock your baggage in the car and enjoy lunch or an afternoon beverage at the nearby garden café.
Minimum Stays
Three nights in July and August
Two nights at all other times except in our Rooms To Go available for dinner guests who need a place to spend the night.
Children's Policy and Programs
Families are always welcome at Kingsbrae Arms. Children 12 and older can be accommodated in our two or three bedroom wings; younger families are most comfortable with the greater space and flexibility of our Carriage House and Stables suites.
Our dining room welcomes children who would enjoy our classic set-menu dinners. Please note that our small kitchen devotes all of its resources to these dinners, and is unable to offer children’s alternatives. Many parents visiting us take their younger children to town in the afternoon where local restaurants cater to kids. Then we arrange for one of our experienced babysitters to take over during dinner, so parents can relax and enjoy a night off.
Pre-Payment
A deposit of 50% confirms a reservation
(minimum deposit: one night stay).
Cancellations
Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. We ask that all guests be sure of travel plans before booking.
Policy: Notice of sixty days for stays during July through October; thirty days at all other times will result in full refund of pre-payment less one hundred dollars administrative fee per room. After that pre-payments cannot be refunded regardless of reason for non-arrival or early departure. To prevent loss of monies, we suggest travel and cancellation insurance coverage.

Use of the Property
Reserved exclusively for our registered hotel and dinner guests. Pets are permitted in Carriage House and Stables only.
